Get ready to leave your smartphone, e-mails and calls behind to explore the naturalistic oasis of Monte Minerva. We will visit the ancient Domus de Janas and thanks to the walk into the forest and to the yoga lesson we will relax and enjoy a day of well-being.
A day to disconnect from the internet and busy life to reconnect with nature and yourself. Thanks to the digital wellbeing seminar with an expert, we will understand how digital devices affect various aspects of our life and work, how to use them consciously to earn: time, wellbeing and productivity!
