What We Do
We organize and coordinate Digital Detox experiences of one or more days that take place in fantastic locations surrounded by nature located throughout Sardinia.
Among the activities we offer there are: trekking, kayaking, yoga, boat trips, experiential workshops and seminars on digital wellbeing. We also offer 24 hour assistance provided by our staff.
The goal of Digital Detox is not to eliminate technology from our lives but to disconnect for a period and learn to use them more consciously in everyday life.
Thanks to the seminar, which will be conducted by Gavino Puggioni, digital wellbeing trainer, we will understand how digital devices affect various aspects of our lives and how to use them consciously and moderately to gain wellbeing, time and productivity.
