Our digital detox experience at Punta Giglio Park in Alghero allows you to unplug and completely disconnect, both from the internet and the frenetic pace of everyday life. You can say goodbye to your phone for a whole day and immerse yourself in a world of slower rhythms, nature, and authentic fun.

Punta Giglio is a 300-hectare natural oasis, surrounded by greenery and lapped by a crystal-clear sea that offers breathtaking views.
The program
After turning off your phones, we’ll begin with a yoga and meditation class overlooking the sea, suitable for beginners as well, led by a certified instructor. The landscape and the sounds of nature will make the experience unique and unforgettable.
Next, we’ll explore the park’s most evocative and secret trails (easy level) until we reach the peak, where we’ll admire a spectacular view and visit the M.A.P.S. (Open-Air Museum with World War II military fortifications). Along the way, a natural orchestra of crickets will provide the soundtrack to our adventure.
Floating along the sea, we’ll reach a panoramic viewpoint where the digital wellbeing seminar will be held. We’ll discover how devices influence various aspects of our lives and how to use them consciously to save time, improve our wellbeing, and improve productivity.
Can’t take photos? No problem: we’ll take care of it and deliver all the shots to you. Our cell phone will remain available only as an emergency contact for any external calls.
