Description
Disconnect and live a unique adventure on a kayak (suitable also for beginners). We will admire the amazing sea of Alghero, starting from Cala Tramariglio and skirting the Porto Conte Park.
This is a coastal area of intense natural beauty with a stunning mountainous background encompassed within a National Park. We will visit parts of the Porto Conte Nature Reserve including the cliffs of Capo Caccia and we can visit a small cave if the weather is good, as well as a stop for a swim/snorkel at Dragonara Bay.
This experience will be in digital detox mode. So without smartphones and social!
Don’t worry about the pictures. We will take photos and then send them to you.
Before the kayak departure there will be a digital wellbeing seminar with a specialized coach. We will understand how digital devices affect various aspects of our life and how to use them consciously and moderately to earn: time, well-being and productivity!
