With our digital detox experience we offer the possibility to unplug and completely disconnect from both the internet and the busy life. Being able to say goodbye for a day on your mobile to immerse yourself in a world made of slow rhythms, nature and lots of fun.
What better setting than Punta Giglio? A natural oasis of 300 hectares surrounded by greenery and a crystalline sea that offers breathtaking views!We will stay in the only hotel in the Park, an unspoiled paradise where you can truly disconnect!
Several activities await for you, among sea and greenery:
-boat excursion to admire the fantastic sea of the Coral Riviera, one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean
-Sea view yoga session to slow down and encourage introspection; the scenery and sounds of nature will make it a unique and very atmospheric experience;
-Exploration of the park’s most scenic trails, to reconnect with nature and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you;
-Two digital wellbeing seminars with our coach, we will understand how digital devices affect various aspects of our lives and how to use them consciously and moderately in daily lifè to gain wellbeing, time and productivity.
There will be moments of relaxation in which you can read a book, rest, reflect, enjoy the wonderful beach (almost private!) or simply enjoy moments of conviviality with the group drinking a great wine.
Worried you won’t be able to take pictures? Don’t stress, we will capture all the best moments and then send you the photos. Our smartphone will also serve as an emergency contact in case someone needs to contact you from outside.
