Welcome and Digital Detox
- Smartphone delivery
- Initial briefing and introduction to the experience
Activities on Lake Cedrino
- Option 1: Kayak → Team building, collaboration, and direct contact with nature.
- Option 2: Boat → Panoramic tour of the lake in total relaxation.
In both cases: Locally sourced lunch (on land or on board the boat).
Digital Wellbeing Seminar
Led by Gavino Puggioni, specialized coach.
Topics:
- How devices affect daily life.
- Strategies for more conscious and balanced use.
- Benefits for personal well-being, time, and productivity.
