Unspoiled nature, tranquility and fun activities make this location a “digital disconnect” paradise. We will turn off our smartphones for 4 days and led by our digital wellbeing coach we will embark on a journey to change habits in our daily lives. Thanks to the digital wellbeing seminar, we will understand how digital devices affect various aspects of our life and how to use them consciously and moderately. Gaining: time, wellbeing and productivity.
we will do many activities such as: nature trail exploration, kayaking on Lake Cedrino,boat excursion in the amazing Gulf of Orosei between Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritze and Cala Luna and much more! The farmhouse staff will delight us with typical meals made exclusively with zero km products that we will delight in front of a breathtaking view
There will be moments of relaxation in which you can read a book, rest, reflect or simply enjoy moments of conviviality with the group drinking a great wine.
