I found the webinar extremely interesting and very useful for “honing the art” of digital detox. Since Thursday, in fact, I have been putting into practice the rule I learned during the webinar: do not use the mobile phone neither 1 hour after waking up nor 1 hour before going to sleep. I must say that the effectiveness is noticeable! Also I have downloaded and am using the Forest app and have already grown several trees in a few days =) Thanks again and congratulations!
